Interesting question, but we do know where she was. I think the right question would be: Why she was absent from the Capitol at such an important vote about counting electoral votes for the presidency? What did she know that would “happen” at the Capitol? Did she have “inside info” about events to take place there?

Maybe she’s trying to get a date with David Hogg. After their hookup they can hang out with Hillary and trade stories. Sniper fire, rapists, running for your life, etc.
