Seriously, TIME? Are you kidding me? Greta Thunberg for Person of the Year? You couldn’t find anyone else more worthy? Really? Really?
As much as it’s been a long time since TIME’s Person of the Year honor has been taken seriously (it’s almost as absurd as the Nobel Peace Prize at this point) it’s hard to image given the events of this year that this is what they settled on:
The worst thing about this, aside from the fact that TIME Magazine is condoning this girl’s exploitation is that TIME readers overwhelmingly picked the Hong Kong protesters for the honor.
